I'm a Regular Footed surfer and the BOBA Board is an excellent tool that helped me discover the imbalance between my left and right leg. First time on it was great, but when I began to attempt cross stepping, that is where I noticed that I would not engage my left leg muscles the same as my right leg. After using it for about a week, 15 to 20 minutes a day, the BOBA Board really helped me retrain my body to properly use even pressure between both of my legs. I can honestly feel the difference when I walk or step up onto a high ledge with my left leg. It really has helped to strengthen muscles that I never knew needed to be worked on before.
